Overview
Kassanda Gold Miners SACCO needed a way to manage member savings, loans, and equipment financing for miners who often pool resources to buy or rent mining equipment. We built MineForce, a SACCO management system that tracks member accounts, loan repayments tied to mining output, and equipment the SACCO owns and rents out to members.

The SACCO managed member savings, loans, and shared mining equipment through manual records, making it hard to track repayments tied to variable mining output or see the full picture of who owed what.
The solution
We built MineForce with an admin system for staff to manage members, savings, and loans, plus a member-facing app where miners can track their accounts and equipment agreements, with repayments modeled around each member's mining output tier.
